Does have have a list/remember all the books Jim and Brian have recommended on the podcasts?
Post Body

Hello all!

Pretty much what the title above says. I've recently started reading Fall Guys and I'm pretty much enjoying it. I've taken a note of the book "Ballyhoo!" but I know over the years they've suggested many books, and I was thinking of trying to add some to my collection.

Thank you and I hope you all have a great weekend!

Edit: Thanks to everyone's help here, I'll compile some of them into the thread so they're easy to find:

  • The Six Pack: On the Open Road in Search of WrestleMania by Brad Balukjian [Podcast Interview]

  • Ballyhoo! The Roughhousers, Con Artists, and Wildmen Who Invented Professional Wrestling by Jon Langmead [Podcast Interview]

  • The Eighth Wonder of the World: The True Story of André the Giant by Bertrand Hébert and Pat Laprade [Podcast Interview]

  • Death of the Territories: Expansion, Betrayal and the War that Changed Pro Wrestling Forever by Tim Hornbaker

  • The Last Real World Champion: The Legacy of “Nature Boy” Ric Flair by Tim Hornbaker [Podcast Interview]

  • Master of the Ring: The Biography of Buddy "Nature Boy" Rogers by Tim Hornbaker

  • Fall Guys: The Barnums of Bounce by Marcus Griffin

And here are Cult recommended books (which I wasn't able to gather from the comments if they were recommended on the podcast):

  • Nitro: The Incredible Rise and Inevitable Collapse of Ted Turner's WCW by Guy Evans

  • Under the Black Hat: My Life in the WWE and Beyond by Jim Ross and Paul O'Brien

  • Slobberknocker: My Life in Wrestling by Jim Ross and Paul O'Brien

  • The Hard Way Don Fargo and Scott Teal

  • Ringmaster: Vince McMahon and the Unmaking of America by Abraham Riesman

  • Hooker: An Authentic Wrestler's Adventures Inside the Bizarre World of Professional Wrestling By Lou Thesz

I might compile these into an actual thread later if we get more entries.
