I've just acquired this beautiful 14k (somewhat rose) gold dendritic agate ring in size 7. It is stunning in person. The person I got it from said it was Victorian and that the seller she originally purchased it from on Etsy stated it as such. It has scrollwork details as well as three engraved initials on the inside of the band. There is a faint vertical line on the back of the band as if there was a resizing at some point. Other than that, it's absolutely perfect - which is what is throwing me off. It doesn't have the wear or imperfections of what I'd imagine a 100 year old ring would have. Is there any way to tell if it's actually from the Victorian era?
Update:
These are pics I took myself, including a shot with my digital microscope to better view the initials.
