Jetson Warren Short Battery Life?

Hi all,

I got my Jetson warren recently and I'm very dissatisfied with the battery life. On Jetson's website the bike is advertised to have a 37 mile range with pedal assist and a 27 mile range with throttle only. In reality, using the throttle only, I'm only getting around 14 miles on a full charge before the bike shuts down. That's close to half of the advertised range. I'm riding on a flat surface under normal conditions, and I'm a pretty average size and weight (5' 10", 165LB).

I'd like to hear how much range other users are experiencing so I'd know if my item is defective or if it just is that way.
