I recently reported that the tension ring that holds the seat post to the base post had fallen down and allowed the seat to fall back and bend the base post in two spots while i was seated. The Jetson Team was on it the next day to work out how to help me out. After discovering that I was slightly out of my 1 year warranty and evaluating the issue, they offered me a replacement bike with only having to pay a minor shipping fee so long as I packed up and returned my broken bike. I was so happy that they were willing to take my bike back. I was also extremely impressed with the entire exchange process that the Jetson team managed for me. From beginning to end, they were prompt, friendly and professional. I have already received my new replacement, and returned my old bike in the same carton the new one came in. It was so easy! I am a very satisfied customer here and am so thankful for the folks at Jetson who helped me along the way.
