Part missing from seat post?

Hi Jetson Team, I think a part might have fallen off from the seat post that holds it into the base. While seated during a ride, the seat post bent backwards and bent the female base that holds it. I know my bike is past the one year warranty, so I would appreciate guidance on how to repair this and get the proper part. The female base is bent in two spots also. I'll send images. Thank you!
