Would it be possible within a given season of the show, for more J! players to qualify for the ToC than the ToC format supports? (Foundational to this would be knowing how many episodes per season and how many people the ToC can include.) In order to maximize the number of ToC qualifiers, I expect that each champion should win exactly the number of games required to qualify, then immediately lose to the next person destined to qualify.
I guess it might be impossible to tell, but I'd also be curious to know the probability of such an event.
