4.0L crank position sensor

Any tips or tricks to remove and replace crank position sensor on top of bell housing. I can remove the bracket bolt but cannot reach my hand up high enough to remove the sensor. Also where is the pigtail(connector) going to? Can’t see any access from top side. Also working on the ground (no lift) so limiting my reach around trans.
