Advice: Looking at buying

Is this a good deal or should I pass? $32,497 firm price from dealer. I haven’t checked it out in person yet but it is Certified and was planning of going with my buddy who is a mechanic to check it out. From the carfax it appears to have been a LA city car probably so probably not too much abuse from off roading but hard to say without asking leasee.
