Anyone else's rear seat headrest failed?
Post Body

I'm the original owner of a 2020 2-door and one of the rear headrests randomly broke and it's spring loaded, so it stays in the down position. It looks like there are a litany of cables and springs in the seat that are supposed to make the folding system work, but something failed and now it's not safe for anyone to ride there.

I stopped at the local dealership and they told me it would be $160 just to look at it and they gave me the FCA customer service number. I called FCA and they're supposed to have a "specialist" call me back. The Jeep has 59k miles, so FCA says it's not covered under warranty.

I'm feeling like a basic safety issue shouldn't be on the customer's dime fixing this.

Anyone else had this issue?
