Death wobble HELP!!!!

Ok. Just did a 3.75 lift kit from rough country.
Just put 33" tires on 15" rims.
Had to use 1.5" spacer/adapters cause bought the the wrong rims.
Had the vehicle aligned, it was bad but better now.
Mechanic said steering box was "loose" but it is an old jeep
It's a 2006 tj.
I drove it today and had to stop 5 times on a 40mph road because I hit a bump and the front wheels couldn't stop shaking.
WHATS MY FIRST STEP TO CORRECT THIS????
