UConnect (and power) goes off

Hi everyone, Renegade 2023 (Sport) owner here. Lately I’ve been having issues with the connection between my iPhone and the system:

  1. When I connect the iPhone through cable, it eventually start glitching (the power goes off and the phone disconnects from UConnnect, then connects back again) I was told to turn off my Bluetooth if I was gonna use the cable. It worked a couple of times but the problem came back

  2. Even without the cable, sometimes the phone just disconnects and the connect again. And that can happen at least 3 times.

Have this happened to you before?
