Will a 2.5 yj motor swap with a 98 tj 2.5?

My tj decided to take a shit over the weekend. Engine seized its toast. Found a 2.5 from a 95 yj cheap. They seem identical besides the obvious updated sensors/electrical. It seems the intakes would have to be swapped over. Is it possible? I’d like to rebuild my bad motor but I’ve gotta get my Jeep on the road till I can get it done as it’s my daily.
