Multiple lights came on after getting my oil changed.

I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My check engine light came on, so I thought I needed to get my oil changed. After getting it changed, multiple lights came on like the electronic throttle control light, the tire pressure monitoring system light, and the electronic stability control. All of these lights now show up with the check engine light as well. Nothing sounds or seems off with the car when I drive though. I don’t want to bring it to the mechanic and have to spend a lot of money if I don’t have to since I’m a student. What should I do?
