First Solo Night Time Trail Run

Recently went on a night run down some MI forest roads with a light bar and side trail lights. I learned the hard way that backing up down a dark trail is almost impossible. Does anyone recommend some good rear trail lights? Ideally some that tie into the reverse light wires.
