Fuel Tank Reinstall

I recently reinstalled my gas tank on my Jeep Wrangler JKU. I made sure to snug all of the electrical connections and lock them in place. My car is throwing error codes p0463 and p1457, fuel level sensor voltage high and fuel tank pressure sensor high. I tried clearing the codes and they come back. The car runs and fuel gauge seems to work. Any ideas why I still have these codes?
