Hi y'all! I have a relatively new to me 2012 Wrangler with 128k miles. As the title says it is rather slow to accelerate in general. Furthermore, when I try to really floor it my rpm will spike up to between 4-6k rpm and I will speed up but it's definitely not throwing me back in my seat.
On the highway when I set cruise control at 70mph the car will hold speed at about 2.5-3k rpm until a strong gust or the slightest incline appears in the road then the engine shoots up to 5-6k rpm to hold speed.
I know this is a vague question. I am simply asking for potential issues worth checking, or to know if anyone thinks this is just normal jeep performance.
