2011 JKU clutch lost pressure

Seemingly overnight my clutch has lost pressure. i went from having to pump the clutch to get the clutch disengaged to now not being able to get it into first gear.
any thoughts?
i just got done replacing the slave cylinder and it doesn’t seem to have helped.
