07 commander 3.7 sport any ideas on how to fix? bought it and the only codes are P0430 and U0404

gonna try and clean the cat but if that doesn't work just gonna buy a new one and put it on and that should get rid the p0430. any ideas on the implausible data received from esm? do i just need to replace the shifter module?
