What do you think about my planned route from Narita to my hotel in Toyocho!

I'm arriving in Tokyo on Sat Jan 18th and here's my planned route to go to my hotel in Toyocho. What do you think? Any shorter route using public transit.

Not sure I want to spend 100s on an uber

So according to Google maps

When I exit Narita I take the Keisel Line (keisel ueno) to Katsudai Station.

7 stops to get there.

Walk 2 min

to Toyo Kusutadai Station.

Hop on the Toyo Rapid line going to Nakano I believe

Ride 8 stops

GO to Nishi Funabashi Station (says to remain on board)

Then ride 2 stops to Toyocho Sta.

Total travel time is 1 hour 19 minutes. Not too bad
