Hey guys,
So I'm in Singapore for work and my work changed my flights which means I was going back via Tokyo.
Now, I asked and they permitted me to extend my layover for one week (how often does Japan fall into your lap from the heavens?).
So now I have 24 hours to prepare.
I have nothing at all planned other than arriving in Tokyo on Sunday afternoon.
I'm a history nut, and just want to get as deep into Japanese culture as possible.
Can anyone recommend places I should visit? Hotels I could stay at? Anywhere I should go other than Tokyo?
I am a bit overwhelmed with such a short time to plan and hoping someone can help out.
Thanks.
