I have been using Wise in Japan to transfer yen to USD to my bank account in the USA. I want to get the Wise Japan debit card, but in the application process, it is asking me to add money for the Wise debit card with a credit card or debit card. I am fine with using my USA bank debit card to pay for the Wise debit card. I don't have a Japanese debit card or credit card because my Japanese bank doesn't offer it with my work visa status. In the future, I don't want to add money to the Wise debit card using my USA bank debit card because I am paid in yen and buying things in yen. Do I add money to the Wise debit account like to doing a Wise bank transfer or is it through my USA bank debit card? Thanks.
