UPDATE (sad):

He sent a text at 5am saying “I don’t have feelings for you”🫠

So I know (from variooooous Reddit posts) that Japanese people usually don’t chit chat before the next date. This is super difficult for me.

But anyway, I went on a date with this guy (Japanese) and it honestly went well. I even tried to gather up courage to ask if he still wants to see me again. So yeah we planned for the next date and he texted after the first date which was shocking for me because from the other dates I had with Japanese men, I would usually text first.

Long story short, the last text we had was on Sunday and he never replied and it was me asking him what his plans were for the day etc.

Should I text him again? Like just a random text? Idk. I really like the guy and hoping it would go well but not being able to chat while waiting for the next day is frustrating!!!
