Does janitor engine actually suck?

I feel as if it’s unusable. Yes it’s free but with high traffic it takes forever to make a response which can be long as hell or short as crap. What I notice is that it starts every message as the same thing. Like some sort of catchphrase. The dialogue blows and for now I feel it’s awful to use. Going back to gpt 4, if that wasn’t so expensive and OpenAI didn’t care about nsfw there would be zero competition. So in my opinion the best option is to wait for gpt 5.
