why is it verboten to use espresso beans for aeropress (inverted if that matters)?
Post Body

i have an aeropress with me, unfortunately i brought my moka pot back home because thought i don't like moka pot coffee anymore. later i changed my mind, i miss the moka pot and its coffee but i don't want to buy a new one. so anyway, i only have the aeropress. i usually buy espresso beans for the inverted method, and each time i am buying beans from some coffee shop and ask them to grind the beans for aeropress, people tell me that espresso beans are no good for it. but to be honest, i find the filter beans often too acidic and watery, without much body. any thoughts on type of beans x aeropress combination?

Edit: thanks all for confirming that i am not crazy! I like the darker roast with aeropress so I’ll continue with that unless i want to try something new or funky.
