In some other alternate universe I'm sure it exists. Ideally this is who I would have wanted in the Bond movies. I wouldn't change Sean Connery's run as Bond that much aside from DAF. I would have had George Lazenby in the role as 007 in DAF. Roger Moore's tenure wouldn't change aside from after Moonraker. Starting with For your Eyes Only Timothy Dalton would step into the role then go until License To Kill or Goldeneye. I think it would have been better if Moore had stepped down from the role when the 70s came to a close. Dalton would be the 80s Bond. Brosnan's run would be mostly unchanged aside from maybe having Dalton in GoldenEye. I really do like Brosnan in GoldenEye so I don't know if I would change that. I just like the idea of giving Lazenby one more movie, having Moore as the mostly 70s Bond, and then handing it off to Dalton in the 80s.
