Shri Navkar Mantra is something that every Jain has known since their birth. It is the core of all scriptures and mantras, and is the cause of myriad spiritual and materialistic wonders.

In this session, we'll try to look at the first line of Shri Navkar Mantra: Namo Arihantaanam, and explore the profound beauty of Arihants. We also attempt to look at different meditative practices associated with this element.
