I need some advice

I am now driving a Saab 93 and I like to switch to a Jaguar XF.
I found one close by, it is a 2011, 3.0 V6 diesel with about 200.000 km, price just below €10.000 in the Netherlands.
I need this car for work, so it must be reliable, I would like to hear you thoughts, hope you guys can give me some advise.
