Explorer 300 battery dying prematurely
Post Body

I’ve only had my unit for a few months now and on 2 occasions it has died once at 60% and the other time I did not catch the percentage but was definitely not close to 0. Is this normal I’m worried that I may have a defective battery. If only used my unit a handful of time, mostly to charge my phone. Is this something I should contact Jacky about?
