Jackery 1000 will not charge from vehicle inverter

I have a built in vehicle inverter that is 150 watts. When I plug in the jackety charger it charges for a few seconds then goes off. It does that a few times then it stops charging completely. The "inverter working" indicator light on my dash goes on and off at the same time as the jackery starts and stops charging.
