Least favorite book so far

I'm reading them all in order and just finished The Hard Way. It's been my least favorite so far. Every 3 pages is a new chapter and literally nothing happens for like the first 400 pages and I called the "twist" almost immediately. Very disappointing compared to all 9 of the previous books. Favorite so far is think is either Tripwire or Pursuader.
