So I've had the 75t which I loved and transitioned to the 85t which were by far my most favorite and loudest but clearest ear buds I've ever had. I could put one bud in my ear and it would drown out all noise on that side with no problem and naturally I upgraded(or so I thought) to the E7P's.

Well...I'm shocked to say the least.

Whenever I try to use one bud by itself it's maybe half the volume of what one 85t bud on full volume, the headphones randomly discount from my phone and when trying to do the firmware update the app starting crashing while trying to connect with the buds.

Did I misunderstand what the E7Ps were supposed to be and accidentally downgrade?
