I've had this issue now for at least a month. I thought I read somewhere that making sure the small holes on the sides are clear. To be clear they work fine at first. I will have the volume at a normal level but as the call keeps going on I keep on having to increase the volume until the very end when the volume is at its top level and the voice on other end is very low. If I put them back in the case it seems to reset them but then I have the same issue all over again. I do mortgages for a living and I'm on the phone all damn day so this is a big issue.

I can't say how disappointed I am in these. I had the bricking issue early on but that cleared with a software update. Now this issue and of course they are over a year old so I'm assuming the warranty is done on them.
