I ordered my active elite 75t’s on June 7th, I have tried to contact support several times about how corona has effected all of it. Nothing. I had to come here to reddit to find out they won’t ship until august. Also not to mention the website says that I will not be charged until it is shipped, that’s bs, I was charged immediately. And now I have to wait until Monday because this piss poor company’s support team is only there M-F 8-6. I was going to overlook all the negative stuff about them and give them a chance but not now. I’m going to get my damn refund and I am getting AirPods Pro. I hate AirPods but at least I know the company is respectable. Like seriously I paid 200$ just to be left in the dark. Has anyone else cancelled an order on here? Or will I have to wait until august for them to ship and then send them back for my refund.
