Auto Hearthrough setting with only one bud (give us the option to disable it)
Post Body

Hello Jabra people.

I was about to order a pair of the new Elite Active 8's but keep reading about an issue of auto-enabled Hearthrough setting when having only one earbud on your ear (it is happening on Elite 10's too). Official Jabra answer is this is expected behaviour but for me its a problem because 90% of the time I just doing things using only one of them and dont need it when your other ear is already hearing everything.

I would love to have the option to disable Hearthrough and go back to normal mode. And as I read in other posts this prevents many of us from buying the product or others proceed to return it after buying it unfortunately. Please forward our requests to the service team and give us the normal mode option.

I read latest firmware didnt do anything on this matter and only "solution" is to disable wear detection but its still not good enough because you must lose one useful thing just to have the other and its uncomfortable too, you must do this every single time.

If some users have anything to say about your experience that would be useful too.
