I've loved my Jabra 65T's since I got them, but recently I've been running into problems
My headset could be in the case for hours or days, and it never seems to have a 100% charge. As an example I pulled them out yesterday and it said "Low Battery", showing 10-20%, even though it's been charging. I tried resetting my case, I've cleaned my headphone ports pretty well imo (perhaps I need to be more thorough). Originally, I thought it was cause the case wasn't staying completely closed? I could push on the lid and it would close just a bit more so I wrapped my case up with elastic bands to try and keep a good connection on the charge ports. I bought these headphones in and around when the 75T's were announced
I've had my headphones plugged in at one point for well over 2H and it still showed a slow green blink saying its charging but it doesn't seem to hold a charge? Or perhaps my case isn't able to charge my headphones anymore? Looking for any aid/advice to troubleshoot the issue. I'd love to keep these but it might be time to upgrade =<
TIA!
