TRIGGER WARNING:

Not sure where to start here.

My mom is very nice a lot of the time. However, she has another side to her which only comes out sometimes. This only started happening around 2015 or so after she became retired.

Things I see include: interfering in my relationships (talking to my GF about me behind my back, telling her stuff that isn't true about me), disrespecting my boundaries (after putting up boundaries and restrictions), gaslighting and other crazy making behavior like installing hidden cameras in my house to spy on me, reading through my emails and personal stuff because she got my passwords somehow (even though I changed them, she still finds out the new ones).

I'd bring these things up with my doctor, then my mom denies it when questioned, doctor prescribes meds for me because of the denial.

Not sure if there's a word for this sort of behavior, other than crazy making.
