My MIL is visiting to “help” with our two kids as they have a snow day. Both my wife and I are working remotely. I have to admit she’s mostly a good influence on the kids. But she drives me bonkers with her boundary-crossings. No detail is too small for her to express an opinion on, and boss us around about. She’s especially judgmental about sustainability and the environment.
It drives me absolutely bonkers to have someone show such disrespect to me in my own house by feeling entitled to judge every little decision in my life.
My wife is pretends to go along with her mother but I can’t lie like that.
Tips for not exploding at her?
