Post Body

I 35F currently not speaking to JN half sister, and possible JNMOM

I sent some money to my mom for grandparents birthdays yesterday, and she messaged me this morning, saying thanks, and I said hoped she was ok, and that I missed her.

All I got was “ I miss you too glad you're good x ”

No attempt to talk any further, nothing.

I do not understand how a mother can treat her own offspring so coldly and with no feeling whatsoever?

h.s is GC I'm SG, it's always been like this.

I thought as time went on since the reason we are not talking has happened, things would get better?

That isn't happening

They are also keeping me from seeing my niece.

Apparently because I'm not speaking to them, I don't get to see her? How does that make sense?

reason for not speaking is in post history

i just feel shocked every time she's cold like this. Don't know why, but also sad, because I have just never experienced any support

Siblings can do whatever they want, that's fine, everything I do, no matter what, always wrong

how do I make my peace with the fact I'm just not allowed to be in little one's life....... And do I hold out hope of reconnecting when she is older?

God only knows what mom and h.s will say to her as she grows up.....

😢😢
