I'm so close to deactivating my facebook because my birth family keeps trying to harass me on social media
Post Body

It's been over a year since I went NC with my family. Check my post history between here and JustNoMil if you need an update.

In the past few months I've had nearly every member of my birth family make at least a 2nd (sometimes even using a 3rd or 4th account) to add me and send me messages trying to force contact. My birthing Chamber (Buffalo Millie) (3 accounts) my Little Sister (4 accounts!), my Grandfather (2nd account yesterday), my Older Brother (3rd account).

The only people who haven't tried to force contact have been my grandmother (who is probably relieved I'm not around to "cause problems" anymore) and my father (let's face it: he was an absentee father while living in the home that I partially grew up in).

I use social media to interact with my dearest friends, particularly the ones that live on the either side of the country. So I can't just deactivate them. As it is I rarely ever post on facebook, primarily using it for Messenger as well as keeping track of events I need to attend for my job or with friends.

I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point. I'm on my 3rd facebook account, already had all family members blocked (except my 2nd cousin and his wife who are both extremely supportive and I play Tabletop games with online).

So far I'm sticking with instantly blocking them. I've looked at a few of the messages and it's all guilt tripping. I'm so sick of this. I just want to live my life with my wonderfully gay wife, our kitty, and our friends.
