I have been updated that 1 of the 3 items I have ordered has shipped but the other 2 items are displayed as "partially fulfilled" for well over a week now and I have tried to email the support and official emails and have also called the number listed on the support site but havent had any contact. EDIT: I tried also reaching out to each of the mods and havent heard from either as of yet. Anyone else having any issues? Im deciding if I should refund the other 2 orders because without any updates for so long I am worried the other 2 packages were lost before they could even ship it. Ive heard though that getting a refund can be quite the task in itself...
