I played the original TWEWY way back when it came out on DS. Would like to play it again before trying NEO. Since the original release I believe there's been revised versions, as well as releases on multiple platforms?

Ignoring the change in control schemes from DS (which I'm assuming is subjectively better or worse rather than definitively), what's the best way to experience the game, with all it's new content, available to me? I have a reasonably powerful android phone (although I have a hard time believing any multi-platform game's best version would be on phone :P), likewise an IOS tablet, a PC and a PS5. I could probably borrow a Switch for awhile as well.

I guess I should also ask if the new content is actually worth playing through as well (story-wise) :).
