I had entered the JCPenny clear your cart sweepstakes and won. This is the first time I've won anything in my life! so exciting! I received the code via email and went to check out my wishlist. There was an issue though.. the serial number they gave me is invalid.

I spent all morning bouncing from call representative to call representative and have gotten zero answers. I emailed the company handling the sweepstakes payments and they haven't responded. I was even told by one rep that the code itself was invalid, and by others that I didn't have an account. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them? Should I pretty much except that I'm not going to get my prize?
