I'm having an issue with these earbuds. I will have sound just fine when I'm listening to music or an audiobook. The second IHOP on a phone call. The audio gets extremely low to the point where I can no longer hear the other person. I've tried rolling back to factory settings. I've tried repairing the earbuds to themselves. I've also tried pressing the earbuds three times and holding for 5 seconds to reset back to factory settings. I've even tried the trick where I take the silicone earpiece off and suck on that. Your bud to try and clear it out. None of this has seemed to work. Anybody have any suggestions or should I just warranty these?
