I want to spread a little positivity, so let's all share something small we loved about a game we recently played!
I'll start: This month I finished Radiata Stories, an action rpg for the Playstation 2. I've gushed about it plenty to my friends, but the one thing that always gets me is how you can kick pretty much everything in the game. Outside of combat you have a dedicated kick button that lets you weakly kick whatever you want, even your friends! I love the way everyone reacts to it, and if you kick them twice, most people will even beat your ass in the streets just to teach you a lesson! If there's one thing I love about the game overall, it's how the environment and characters feel real, and these little moments of retribution help ground you in the world. You're not some do-no-evil protagonist like in most rpgs, you're just some guy-like the rest of the people in the game.
But enough about Radiata Stories! (Unless you also played it recently!) What are your favorite little details in something you've played lately?
Thanks in advance to everyone who so kindly shares with us, and have a great day to everyone reading this :)
