So if I understand correctly, advancing into the lord tell reinforces the body. While the gold realm condensed the quality of madra. So can a core continue to grow after true gold? In the books it states that the HEPW is terrible for refilling Lindon’s cores. So if his cores are no longer expanding why wouldn’t he practice a cycling technique that is better for filling his cores and is less strenuous. Is there an upper limit on how deep cores can grow?
