I’m rereading Unsouled and Suriel was looking over Cradle recalling bits and pieces related to Ozriel. She made an observation about “the labyrinth where he died and came back to life.”
Did we ever find out what happened there? I don’t remember anything about Eithan dying. Any theories? My guess is this is when he obtained the recognition of The Way as the Reaper and it somehow involved his death.
