Where can i find LEGITIMATE Italian made, Italian leather goods in Florence?

I can smell a scam when I see one, even if the belts/etc the street vendors sell say made in Italy, the quality of them looks like something from a forced labor camp in China.
Im curious if anybody knows any shops in Florence which are legitimate (and quality) or can prove my suspicions wrong about the street markets.
