Idk how to post it but a bunch of people took screenshots of it before they deleted it. The contents of the post were in Arabic almost boasting about how they preformed ‘human euthanasia’ on the hospital since they determined it to be out of medical equipment.
This is also in tandem with them telling the director of the hospital how he should’ve ‘known better because the Isreali army dropped two bombs near him to warn him’ Various arms of the Isreali state are uncoordinatedly scrambling to either double down or deny bombing the hospital.
