Were the ammonium nitrate from Beiruts 2020 explosion, really stored by hezbollah to attack the Haifa port?

I remember seeing a video in 2020 of nasrallah talking about bombing Haifa in a spectacular explosion, which is, so horribly, pretty much what happened to Beirut.
But I can’t seem to find the video anywhere, the media seems to have scrubbed it. It is the perfect evidence of how psychotic the terrorists of our neighbors are. Has anyone seen any evidence, of hezbollah planning to blow up beirut, of their chief saying they are storing such explosives?
