So a claymore is a sword or a grenade. Here it feels like it could be a person, maybe another girl, but i guess it could be read like a bomb about to go off or blow something up. He’s got these different girls that hook him up and get him high. One read might be that the drugs are like a claymore threatening to blow up his life / relationships

That first line sounds like self doubt - why are you doing this?

That second line sounds like “let’s keep it between us”, which i guess works both for a relationship and a drug problem

The third line is a little strange if Claymore’s read as a person unless it’s a temptation to cheat - control your lust(?)

When Smino’s verse comes up, it seems like a whole different topic - one voice, zay’s, sounds like maybe inner thoughts and anxiety, and Smino’s sounds like an image of confidence.

So like, is the claymore the explosion of this image when it collides with the drugs?

I’m not looking for a literal translation, I like the ambiguity, but I am curious how y’all are reading it
